Kelly,
Dan Ojala will confirm in writing but the square footage inside the 100Ft buffer is 2462.43 SF. The balance around the
house is 2895.09 SF for a total of 5357.52 SF. I believe this to reasonably acute +- 5%. There is an additional 2 foot strip
by 180 feet on the other side of the fence at the top of the wall. I did not count the plantings on the other side of the
fence abutting the ROW or the on the beach side so I think we probably have another 10% on top of my numbers. The
plantings below were per plan however we planted significantly more throughout the property.
Here is the list of plant purchased: Per the landscaping plan, here are the number and types planted: Materials: Planting
materials listed: 35 Lowbush blueberry, 8 Inkberry, 90 Pasture Rose, 25 Creeping Juniper, 15 Clethra, 8 Bundles
American Beach grass, 10 Highbush Blueberry, 25 Bayberry, 20 Sweet fern, 5 Arrowood. All sizes as specified.
Let me know if you need anything else. I’m happy to walk through it with you.
Regards,
steve

Hi Stephen
I took a look at the property this week and I have concerns with the plantings that have gone in. I would like to see an
inventory of what has been planted and the planting area and how it compares with the approved planting plan. An as-
built plan is required as part of the order so the planting areas can be shown on the plan along with the plant species
that are present.
Looking specifically at the area at the western end of the revetment, this area should contain bayberry bushes and
beach grass. Rosa rugosa has been planted in this area which is not allowed as it is non-native.
Please let me know when you think you will have the as-built plan ready.
Thanks
Kelly

Hi Stephen
Can you please provide an update on the work being carried out under SE83-2088 at your
property? The Order of Conditions has expired so the work should all be complete. I have also been
advised that erosion control has not been maintained at the site and that rosa rugosa has been planted
on the bank. Rosa rugosa is not an approved plant and it not on your planting plan under the Order.
Please provide an update so I can update the Commission.
Thank you.
