Hi, Kelly,
I don't know what happened so I either sent or resent Hasapidis to DMF. I'm not sure what kind of input they could have
on an existing, licensed structure. If their concern is height above the marsh, we can't go higher without going longer and
we can't go longer without invalidating the Amnesty License. The agreed-upon intent was to get the floats off the marsh,
which is what Mr. Hasapidis has proposed, as that modification can be done under his existing approvals. No other
modification to the structure was discussed. However, if the Commission is obligated to wait for DMF comments before
voting, I guess I should be asking for a continuance.
Thoughts?

DEP issued the file number. I haven't seen anything from DMF but sometimes they are not good about looping me in to
their comments. Have you received anything? I would think they have a limited time to comment, coincident with the
Commission's time frame? I don't know what they can possibly say about a totally licensed pier, anyway.
