As set forth in the application materials, Great Island Plaza proposes the redevelopment of the Property, including renovation and reconstruction of the existing commercial building at 590-600 Route 28; demolition of the residential structure at 12 Winslow Gray Road, and significant improvements to parking, access and internal traffic circulation, wastewater treatment, drainage, utilities, and landscaping (the "Project"). Please note that the Design Review Committee reviewed the Project on April 28, 2020, and the Site Plan Review Team reviewed the Project on June 30, 2020. in support of this application, we unclose the following information and materials for filing with the Zoning Board of Appeals in connection with the proposed Project: 1. Two original Special Permit Application Forms; 2. Six copies of the Great Island Plaza LLC Zoning Narrative with Exhibits A, B, & C; 3, Six copies of the Plan Set titled "Great Island Plaza Redevelopment" dated March 26, 2020, revised July 17, 2020, prepared by BSC Group, 349 West Main Street, West Yarmouth, MA for Great Island Plaza, LLC; 4. Two full-size and six reduced -size copies of floor plans and elevations prepared by Dennis Colwell Architects, 132 Central Street, Suite 203, Foxboro, MA, dated July 13, 2020; Nutter McMennen & Fish LLP 1 1471 Iyannough Rd, P.D. Two copies of the Stormwater Report dated July, 2020, prepared by BSC Group, 349 West Main Street, West Yarmouth, MA for Great Island Plaza, LLC; and 6. A check in the amount of $222.40, which represents the filing fee of $200 plus the associated fees for abutter notice ($0.56 x 40 abutters). Please note that a Photometrics Plan and Project renderings will be forthcoming in the next week or so. Once these materials are finalized, we will immediately forward them to your attention for distribution to the Board members. We would request that this application be scheduled for the next .Zoning Board of Appeals hearing, preferably the August 13, 2020 meeting, if possible.
