Thanks Eric
I am not available to meet this morning. In terms of the removal of the pipe, will you just be cutting it off where it meets
the bank and capping it with the drain cap and removing the pipe and wooden stand? If so you are OK to proceed with
work to be carried out by hand - not heavy equipment in the beach area. Please note I am approving the work itself, not
the right to do so, as details of where the pipe originates and its function have not been provided.

That pipe runs under his property at one point it is almost 60 feet into his yard at the deepest point there is no public
easement and at plain sight it is evident it is 20 to 25 feet in further from his property line with his neighbor The house
next-door is condemned and nobody has lived in it or been in it in years in addition I would like to tell you that nothing
has come out of that pipe in the years that I have been around the river As well as current viewing during rain storms it
is obsolete it is full of roots impassable by camera or anything else to clean it out And of course it will be capped
properly Of course I can also Caped with the drain cap instead of a solid cap If you please
And my request was to meet you tomorrow at 11:30 if that works for you

concerned with the debris around the pipe and wished to remove it. I would like more information on where the pipe
goes and its previous function. Is there a deeded easement right for drainage at this location and if so does the property
1
owner have the right to remove the pipe? How much of the pipe will be removed and how will this be done? Will it be
capped?
