Hi Jen
I just left you a rambling voicemail, just to confirm – restoration work on the coastal bank and beach area are to be
included in the restoration plan and the NOI should contain the CES, retaining wall and any other items they want to
include that are outside the scope of the enforcement order – vista pruning, beach nourishment etc. There is some
crossover so it’s a little confusing.
