Good morning Commission and Bennett Fence:
Attached please find the original plot with the scope of work in relation to property boundaries and one tree line.
The fence would be new with nothing existing.
Also, Please postpone your decision for my exemption, as I am debating a 6 foot fence which I know will require a Certificate of Appropriateness<http://www.yarmouth.ma.us/DocumentCenter/View/9311>
in place of the exemption as requested.
I am awaiting a quote from Bennett for the 6 foot proposal and I will then let you know what I decide. Hopefully I can utilize my $20 application towards the $25 Appropriateness in its
place if I elect to proceed with an additional 2 feet.
Also, with the current situation, are there hearings? Or would it be online via a zoom type situation.?
Thank you
Andrew Lerner

Hello,
We have received your application for a certificate of exemption from the Old King’s Highway Committee to construct a picket fence in the backyard of 23 Cromwell Drive. One item that
was missing from the submission is the location of the fence indicated on a plot plan. Any existing fences/walls/hedges should also be indicated on the plan.
Attached is the plot plan that was included in your submission. Please send us back a marked up copy so we can process your application.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
