Resident is desiring to erect a 4 foot picket fence in back yard measuring 164 linear square feet. This 4
foot fence will be a square rail picket made with natural unpainted cedar wood. Finished side will face out.
Gate will be on the fence as pictured in the submitted materials. Thank you for your exemption
consideration.
