That shouldn’t be an issue. It will depend on the extent of the work as to what permitting is required. It would be a
flood zone only project, if you remain outside the 100 foot buffer to the water body. Please note there is an old Order
of Conditions for the property that looks like it was ever closed out with a Certificate of Compliance. That would need to
be resolved before any further permitting.
I have attached a copy of the documents. You can also use the plan to sketch out the approximate area of alteration so
that I can give you a better idea of the permitting required.
