Following up on my site visit last week, I have attached the plan and the conditions with regard to the
mitigation/restoration planting areas. I have highlighted the relevant conditions. The conditions describe the required
action and management of the area.

I left you a voice message this morning about wanting to be here with you today when you stopped by to see the yard
because of the individual that complained about us removing vegetation. Did you receive it?
If you did come by without me here - please call me.
If you did not come by without me here - could you please call me so I can set a time.
I have a few things to discuss with you and wanted to ask about (even though I did last year) about a tree/branch.
