Hi Kelly;
attached is the revised plan and a variance request for the Misra Project.
The dock has been narrowed to 3 feet, pulled landward 5 feet right to the OHW line, and replaced the inshore ramp with
two steps.
The dock is now 3' x 30' total, and doesn't start until AFTER the property lines.
You'll see in the plan what I mean.
I am delivering hard copies to you now, and I'll go back to the site and move the stakes appropriately and get you
pictures after that.
The dock does NOT extend landward enough to be in any property line offset.
Please read the variance request carefully; we may not need it, in which case the dock meets all of the bylaws.
You'll see my reasoning for this, and I hope you and the commission agree.
Dan Ojala will be available on the hearing with me to answer any other questions.
If you need paper copies tomorrow morning for the packets separate of what I am dropping off now, let me know and
I'll drop off more.
