If you could contact me a couple of weeks prior to the work starting we can arrange a pre-nourishment visit. The area
should be staked prior. Please make sure the contractor receives a copy of the Order of Conditions and confirms the
sediment source per the samples provided previously.

I hope this email finds you well and I hope your daughter is doing better.We just had our annual meeting and the
additional funds were approved by the membership to have Cape Sand nourish the beach. We’re looking to do this in
May/June and per the NOI want to know the lead time needed for you to meet with us on the beach, so we can
complete the project ?
