I must have opened it and forgot about it. (I started a new job. COVID, etc.) I see you were expecting an answer a couple of weeks ago. I can meet you at the house any time. 11 am, as you suggested is good. Please pick a day. I'm eager to make sure there are no more problems affecting my property, and quite frankly my health. I really had no idea that there was a specific size to the floats. I thought that it was total square footage, not piece by piece. I did tell you that I was trying to track down the permit info, and indeed the Army Corp sent them. I'm attaching Army Corp correspondence from August 1971. Yes, the correspondence definitely shows an 8x16 and an 8x8 float. Less than 200 square feet. I'm happy to stay on the docket for tonight. But if below is sufficient, I'm just as good not having to get on a Zoom call. ` 1- I'm waiting for Lee Colton of LEMCO to get back to me regarding when he can pull out the float to the North- hopefully within the next 2 weeks. (He's pretending he didn't know he had to give me the right size float when it was replaced in 2015.) The current size is 8 X 16. 2- After Hurricane Bob, my Dad must have pieced together the float closest to the channel. When we finally had to replace it, we bought an 8x20- just replacing the size that was there. 3-So, next year I'm gong to move the current "north float" ( 8 x 16) to the end of the T, to comply with the Army Corp permit. 4- And then I'll have to figure out if I can afford to replace the "north" float with an 8 x 8. I'll let you know what I end up doing so we're square. Please see attached. 1 Sorry for the delay. As soon as I hear from Lee, I'll let you know. The ramp is way too heavy for me to try to pull it out on my own. / Maria ---------- Original Message ---------- From: Maria Marasco <mmarasco@cvecinc.org> To: Maria <bassriver21@comcast.net> Date: 08/20/2020 8:28 AM Subject: Doc / Maria Maria Marasco, Esq.
