Hi Kelly,
First let me apologize to you and the commission. My intentions were not to defy the commission, but to do what was
right for my family and the environment. After living with the situation for two years I felt that the safety of my family
was at risk and I was not helping the shoreline with the walking traffic going in and out for swimming, kayaking and
boating. Since the floats have been in we have used the dock for all access to the water which in the long run will
improve the shoreline. And as I noted previously, due to the relatively small window for access to Dinah’s with the boat,
I maintain the slip at Mayfair. Having said that, I do respect the decision of the commissioners and I am immediately
taking steps to rectify the situation. The floats will be out by Labor Day, if not sooner.
Please pass my comments along to the commission. In the future I will cooperate fully to help make this right.
Sincerely,
Nick DiNinno
