The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act. That is like for like windows with appropriate grills. Relative to # 8 Merchant Ave. - I was surprised to learn that Bob wrote up a COA for the paint job. Nevertheless, put it through that way and it will be a quick and easy at the next meeting since the committee members have already seen and liked it.
