It appears that the property is in the 100 year flood zone so a raze and replace would require permitting through the
Conservation Commission under the state and local wetland protection regulations. Here is a link to the

projects the interests of the regulations are primarily related to storm damage prevention and flood control.

Also, can you please provide email addresses to Building, BOH, and Zoning Departments. They don't
populate on the town site.
If there are any overlays that would prohibit building
Is there an issue with the current lot and proximity to water
Anything we need to know about what you will allow
