Description of Proposed Work (Addilional paqes mav be attached if necessarv):
Construction of a walkway from the sidewalk adjacent to MA State Route 64 to the front door portico of the
residence at 482 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port. After moving into 482 Route 64 we discovered a concrete
walkway from the front portico to the sidewalk along 64. The walkway had been buried for several years.
The concrete had been broken up into many pieces and rearranged as a "freeform" walkway. The concrete
pieces are 6" below the surrounding grade.
We propose to cover the concrete with stone dust and lay random size, 6 - 12" diameter, and 2-3"thick
granite flag to grade.in-fill

There is a very nice google map picture of the O'Connors standing in front of the house admiring their
work on the walkway. I support what they are doing and the arbor and stone work. My only concern is
about the location. lt needs to be back far enough so that it will not obstruct their view getting out of
their driveway. Being back a few feet from the sidewalk - it would be framed by the line of trees.
I approve of the other 3 projects as well.
Richard
I only wish that the committee members could see all of the good things going on.
