Replacement ot 14 (12 x 8 pane) windows with 14 brand new windows. The new windows will be installed
maintaining the colonial grid panes required by the OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMITTEE regulations. The planned installation of the new windows is targeted for an early to mid
October of this year.

There is a very nice google map picture of the O'Connors standing in front of the house admiring their
work on the walkway. I support what they are doing and the arbor and stone work. My only concern is
about the location. lt needs to be back far enough so that it will not obstruct their view getting out of
their driveway. Being back a few feet from the sidewalk - it would be framed by the line of trees.
I approve of the other 3 projects as well.
