If you are working within the 100 foot buffer then you will need to file with the Conservation Commission for approval.
If the work is limited to the driveway, the driveway is made of pervious material, and is outside the 35 foot no-disturb
zone, then a Request for Determination of Applicability may be sufficient.

Hi Kelly,
I have the recently completed property survey by Ron Cadillac which shows the wetland as determined by Hugh Hall and
the proposed driveway which does not touch the 35’ setback from the wetland points. Obviously, the driveway has been
moved to comply with the setback. In addition, we may, at this point, simply, follow the footprint of the existing
driveway.
Considering the above, do we have any other requirements?
