The expansion of deck at 55 powers lane was cantilevered. They filed a Notice of Intent for that work. No on ground disturbance is likely to be approved within the resource area. Here is a link to the filing forms (scroll down to the Notice of Intent) http://www.yarmouth.ma.us/696/Filing-Forms Thanks Kelly Grant Conservation Administrator Town of Yarmouth 508-398-2231 Ext 1288 kgrant@yarmouth.ma.us From: Avner Schneur \[mailto:aschneur@gmail.com\] Sent: Thursday, September 3, 2020 11:34 AM To: Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> Subject: Re: 3 powers lane deck extension Attention! As discussed I want to extend my deck in 3 yards out I saw that 55 Powers lane extends its deck dramatically ON the GROUND. Mine is floating. 1 There are 3 options. Chart 2 is my preferred one, very simple, and have a min impact. If to do with no impact at all either Chart 1 or 3. Obviously more engineering challenging assuming is doable. Can you approve chart 2? Thank you Avner 2
