Hi Carol
Yes, they are separate items so you are OK to go ahead with the tree work. You do not need to come back to me unless
anything changes with the extent of the work.
The two Orders remain open until you file a Request for Certificate of Compliance for each. For the request you will
need an engineer’s statement (or other certified professional like a land surveyor) to certify the work was completed per
the Order of Conditions. They can also certify that no work took place under the older Order (one letter addressing both
will be fine but I will need to separate request forms.
Thanks

Kelly, thank you so much for your help.
If you are seeing this before hearing my rambling phone msg - my apologies!!
I was confused by the Orders of Conditions & assumed that they were needed for our tree work - but after a
reply from our Arborist, I now understand that they are separate issues.
We very much appreciate your timely reply and my assumption now is that we have all the approval needed do
the tree work from you & can proceed to do so on September 16th. Is there any other notice needed from us
before we do this? Is there any inspection you need to do after the tree work is done?

Re: The two open Orders of Conditions.
1) 1st Order of Conditions: SE 83-1132
In 1991, I started planning to replace the existing Cape house & septic system. However, I was laid off from
my job for a number of months & I got a new job in New York City. So my original plans for the new Cape
house were dropped before any work of any kind was started. Can you tell me who I should work with to close
this Order?
2) 2nd Order of Conditions: SE 83-1606
In 2004, I was able to retire & complete new plans to replace the original Cape house & septic system. I'm
seeing some info recorded with the Registry of Deeds for this project - but are you thinking that something else
may be needed? If so, could you tell me who to work with to complete this Order?
Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention!!! For the 2nd Order, I had worked hand in hand with both
the Conservation & Building Dept heads throughout the project & had no idea that I was missing a key
requirement.
I know how busy you are in these crazy times and am so grateful for all you've done for us!!! If it's easier for
you to call, my cell# is 617-504-7273.

Hi Carol
Please find attached approved Admin review.
Please note that there are two Orders of Conditions open for your property. I have attached copies of
these. These Orders are considered incomplete until they have been issued a Certificate of Compliance
recorded with the Registry of Deeds. A Certified Engineer or other professional can assist you with this process.
