In general, a wedding shouldn’t require permitting as long as there are no impacts. I suggest updating me once you have specific plans. With regard to the Order. It looks like it expired today. You need to request an extension at least 30 days before it expires. We will need to determine how to proceed from here based on what work remains to be completed. Please give me an update on the project and we can work from there. In addition, I have your property on my list to issue an enforcement order for the return of unpermitted floats this season. Also, based on the file the permit for the dock was never closed out with a Certificate of Compliance. This is also a violation. This is on the agenda for Thursday’s meeting for discussion by the Commission. I will send out the meeting notice tomorrow. Call the sender to verify if unsure. Otherwise delete this email. Good Morning Ms. Grant, We have two questions. First our daughter is getting married 09/04/2021 and would like to be married here at the house. Is there any special permit that needs to be attained for a wedding here where the property is on the river? Second, this upcoming wedding led me to realize that our order of conditions is up this year when I thought it was next year. How do A.J. & I go about requesting an extension of existing order of conditions for 40 Crosby St. Ext. South Yarmouth, Ma 02664? 1 Sincerely, A.J. & Tina Luke 2
