Hi Paul
I am reviewing the RDA for 14 Angus Ave and wonder if you have any further evidence of the wetland investigation you
did at 17 Angus Ave? Are there any photos of the soil samples you took and any wetland plant indicator work sheets?
The topography and aerials indicate there may be a vegetated wetland present as defined in the bylaw 3.02 (2). See also
attached plan from 2017 for 22 Angus that shows a delineated wetland is this location.
While it may not impact approval of the protect at 14 Angus Ave, it will determine the buildability of the parcel opposite.
The RDA is asking for acceptance of the wetland delineation as presented and we haven’t got much information to base
that decision.
