Hi Carol
I have it on the agenda to let them know about the violation and get any input they wish to provide. You are welcome
to take the opportunity to speak with them at the meeting. Given the short notice, If you wish to schedule an agenda
st
item for the October 1 meeting you can do that. With regard to the plan, I am pushing to get this completed quickly so
we can get the violation resolved before the growing season ends. A sketch plan with proposed native plants, size and
spacing will be fine.
Thanks
Kelly

Kelly,
I am requesting a hearing in front of your commission. Should I prepare my remarks for this Thursday or will I have to
have my own agenda item at another date?
Regarding the vegetation, are you asking me to draw up a plan with dimensions and types of vegetation in the spots
where they will be planted? By next week?
