You are welcome to take the opportunity to speak with them at the meeting. Given the short notice, If you wish to schedule an agenda st item for the October 1 meeting you can do that. With regard to the plan, I am pushing to get this completed quickly so we can get the violation resolved before the growing season ends. A sketch plan with proposed native plants, size and spacing will be fine.
