I did a test hole on the property directly across Angus Avenue from the driveway at 14 Angus
Avenue. Approximately 50' into the property from the road. Dug a test hole, 21 inches deep, dry aerated soils,
upland soils, no groundwater encountered, level site. Dry aerated soils to a depth of 21 inches. The area
contains upland vegetative species. This test hole was in an upland area of land. Keith Fernandes of GFM
Excavating witnessed the digging of this dry upland test hole.
