Please note that there is an open Order of Conditions for this property which included vegetation management and a
planting plan. I will not be able to issue any further approvals for work at the property until that Order is closed out with

My name is Paul Malloy and I’m purchasing 37 Bass River Road in South Yarmouth.
This property abuts Bass River.
The property has run down over the years and I would like to eliminate some invasive plants cut down some dead or
dying trees and do some scenic view trimming and in that regard I would like to meet with you at your convenience at
the property to find out what I’m allowed to do and when best to do it.
