The RDA is a simplified process for small scale projects like yours. Once I have a complete application I will add it to the next available agenda. Additionally, the OKH approved a new driveway entrance of the driveway when we met with them in 2016 or 2017 regarding the shed and house addition. The current driveway intersection with the street is not safe for several reasons: 1. its intersection with Dartmoor, 2: very limited visibility to the east at street intersection, 3. impact of snow removal from Dartmoor, blocking the driveway. If the work is limited to the driveway, the driveway is made of pervious material, and is outside the 35 foot no-disturb zone, then a Request for Determination of Applicability may be sufficient. Otherwise delete this email. ________________________________ Hi Kelly, I have the recently completed property survey by Ron Cadillac which shows the wetland as determined by Hugh Hall and the proposed driveway which does not touch the 35’ setback from the wetland points. Obviously, the driveway has been moved to comply with the setback. In 2 addition, we may, at this point, simply, follow the footprint of the existing driveway.
