The land in Yarmouth (South), Barnstable County Massachusetts, together with the
building thereon, bounded and described as follows:
EASTERLY by LOT 26, as shown on said pian, fifty (50) feet;
SOUTHERLY by LOT 38, as shown on said plan, one hundred (100) feet;

recorded with the Barnstable County Registty of Deeds in Plan Book 56, Page 85 and
said lot is shown thereon as Lot 39.
The above described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights,
rights of way, easements, appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record insofar as
the same are now in force and applicable.
