RE: Parcel 47/75, 00 Buck Island Road (CR Bog Homeowners Association property)
Further to our onsite meeting of August 11, 2020, please be advised that the area within 100 feet of the pond is
jurisdictional under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, G.L. c.131 §40 and its regulations at 310 CMR
10.00 and/or the Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-law, Chapter 143 and its regulations. Please be advised that
there shall be no further vegetation cutting or removal in this area without prior approval from the Conservation
Commission. The area shall be allowed to regenerate naturally. You are permitted to maintain a four foot wide
trail to the pond (if you have approval from the property owner), however, the vegetation within 35 feet of the
pond edge shall be left undisturbed.
