Robert Fish, Jr., Trustee submitted a Notice of Intent to the Conservation Commission on September 1, 2020 for the construction of an addition/dormer o ver an existing garage; construction of a dormer along the rear roof of the dwelling; and construction of a sunroom on an existing deck, within the buffer zone to a wetland resource area and land subject to co astal storm flowage. During the hearing for this project the Commission found that the existing deck had been constructed without a permit and within the regulatory setback to the wetland resource area. Given the time period that has elapsed, the Commission did not require the removal of the non-compliant deck, however, they found they could not support the enclosure of the unpermitted deck to create a sunroom. At their October 1, 2020 meeting, the Conservation Commission voted to issue an Order of Condition approving the project with the condition that the sunroom be removed from the plan. An updated plan has been received and the Order of Conditions has been issued. The approved plan is Site Plan for 29 Lewis Bay Blvd. Unit 4 , West Yarmouth, Prepared for S.
