I thought there was a trail that went out there, but maybe it is overgrown. To replace the shed you will need to have a surveyed plan showing the wetland resource areas and structure dimensions and location. Once you have the plan you will need to file a Notice of Intent. We don't have it demolished yet, as it is impossible to get down to it other than by kayak or trespassing onto abutters property. We do want to rebuild, and did not want to demolish until we have a permit to rebuild. Could you let me know the process to obtain a permit to rebuilt the boat shed? Thank you Donna Walker 1
