Hi John
I have attached a GIS map which shows the approximate location of the wetlands. Your property appears to be just
outside the 100 foot buffer zone to the wetland. It is however in the flood zone which is also jurisdictional under the
wetlands protection regulations. The patio may be reviewed administratively by me, but an addition will require a filing
with the Conservation Commission. A Request for Determination of Applicability should be sufficient. When making
your plans, please note the rear property line. It appears that your landscaping is currently encroaching on the Town-
owned parcel. This area should be left to naturalize.
