All applications shall be filed on Commission-approved forms available at Town Hall and on the Town ofYarmouthwebsite (www.yarmouth.ma.us). An incomplete application can be the basis for rejection or denialofafiling. If you have any questions concerning your application, please check with the Office Administratorforclarification. 2. The only pre-approved color is white; all other colors mustbeapprovedbytheOKHCommittee. The only exception is the use of colors that match those already on thestructureandthatwerepreviouslyapprovedbytheOKHCommittee.
