See attached drawing indicating trees to be removed. These trees are leaning towards the Harkins property. Ms . Harkins agrees the trees should come down. • Remove one Hosta plant directly on the line of the proposed Picket length of fence as I have indicated on the Sketch Plan. • Minimally prune branches of a mature rhododendron on my property that will interfere with the installation of a portion of the black chain link portion of the proposed fence . • Remove three burning bushes from the corner line abutting the Becrelis property. The bushes are leggy, and unkempt . They are considered an "invasive" species . Replace these bushes with 2-3 evergreen shrubs . The Becrelis' support this change. • Prune an area of miscellaneous unkempt low shrubs on the side abutting the Anderson property to make way for the proposed black chain link portion of the proposed fence. No additional planting is needed here . There is a lovely small fir tree (about 2 fee tall) already on the Tickell property inside the line of the proposed fence . As it grows it will provide a pleasing evergreen screen. Ms . Anderson has indicated approval of pruning. • On the line of the proposed Picket fence that faces Rabbit Run, there are no interferences for that length of fence to the garage corner of the home . The proposed picket fence portions (facing White Rock Road and Rabbit Run Road) are 4' high with gates on both sides . Finished sides will face the streets as required.
