WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared
National and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a
Certificate of Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the
tiling of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9-Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing: but in am' event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such ,further time as the applicant shall allow in
writing. the Committee shall make a determination on the application."

Scope of proposed work:
Eliminate an open porch condition with appropriate door and sidelights closing off
area from open weather. Benefit derived is to develop access directly from the
garage into main house eliminating outdoor elements.
Area to be closed off is 60" wide x 93.5" height. Depth of the enclosure 78".
Specifications of Jeldwen pre hung exterior fiberglass door and sidelights 58.8 " x
81.75" (attached).
Window inserts consistent with window inserts installed in all other windows.
Door Panel (10 — light) .... Side light panels— (5 light each).
Area above door & sidelight molding will be cedar siding consistent with existing
siding.
Door to be painted white. Side light panels to be painted with HC 27 Monterey
white to be consistent with exterior trim paint (approved 9/14/2020).
I have essentially mirrored the design approved by the Yarmouth Old King's
Highway Historic District Committee at 9 Mariners Lane approved April 10, 2017.
