WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared
National and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a
Certificate of Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the
filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9-Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in
writing, the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "

Notes:
To upgrade to a chain-link fence in the back and 6 foot privacy vinyl fence in the sides and front,
vinyl posts set in full cement, would cost $12,075
To change to a number 2 grade Cedar stockade fence on the left side would lower the price by
$300.
To square off the right side fence instead of doing a radius would cost an additional $960.
Please see adjusted drawing at bottom of proposal.
In jobs involving excavating customer is responsible for establishing property lines, fence lines, and complying with
local ordinances and homeowner association by-laws. Stick Built Construction, Inc. is not responsible for private
underground irrigation, septic, wiring, plants, etc.
Terms: One-third of total is due upon contract signing, one-third due at start of job, and final amount due on day of
completion.
All past due invoices will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month, or 18%annual percentage rate. In the event of
collections customer is responsible for all reasonable legal fees.This Quote expires in 28 days from date of issue.
