Hi Kelly,
I have finally completed the Request for Determination Application. I hope it is adequate. I already
sent the $75 fee last time. I have included the $10 legal ad fee. The stakes are already in the ground.
Just let me know when we can get together. I am only there Fridays through Mondays
Please note there were some mistakes on the original app (lot numbers etc) that have been corrected
on the application included below.
I am mailing forms certified mail tomorrow to the Coastal Commission as well as the Endangered
Species Program and the others requested.
