Signatures and Certification Requirements I certify under the penalties of perjury that the foregoing Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation and accompanying plans, documents, and supporting data are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the Conservation Commission will place notification of this Notice in a local newspaper at the expense of the applicant in accordance with the wetlands regulations, 310 CMR 10.05(5)(a). I certify that any work associated with the proposed project meets all of the eligibility criteria listed in Section D above. If the project does not comply with the Section D eligibility requirements, or if I decide to not do the work allowed by the Simplified Review Approval, I will file a Notice of Intent or Request for Determination of Applicability for any proposed future work as required by the Conservation Commission. (Please refer to the Locus Maps within this filing) The property is a wooded vacant lot on the easterly side of Great Island. The purpose of the filing is to establish the coastal wetland resource area delineations for future planning/development of the lot. Coastal Wetland Resource Areas Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage The coastal flood zone or Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage in this vicinity is delineated by Flood Zones AE, elevation 13 and 14 per FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map Number 25001 C0782J. A topographic survey was performed on NAVD 88 datum to identify the limit of the Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage which is shown on the site plan. Coastal Bank A coastal bank associated with the adjacent salt marsh and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage is located on the subject parcel. The coastal bank acts a vertical storm buffer, protecting adjacent upland areas from storm damage and flooding. The top of the coastal bank has been delineated according to Wetlands Program Policy #92-1 issued by DEP. Profiles of the coastal bank are included within the filing. Salt Marsh A salt marsh associated with Uncle Robert's Cove abuts the easterly side of the property. The edge of the salt marsh coincides with the bottom of the coastal bank.
