Hi Bob
My understanding was that you were going to look at getting the existing plans drawn up for the dock which could be
reviewed by the Commission under an RDA and used to obtain a license from the state. You can’t file anything until you
have those plans.
I can see aerial images from 1977, 1994 and 2017 all of which show different configurations and show that changes have
been made over time without any permitting through the commission.

Hi Kelly,
I hope you are well. After talking with many people, some indicating they do what I needed only to find they
don't. They were only interested in service work. I talked to Mark Burgess of Shorefront Consulting. I am sure
you know of Mark.
Mark seemed very knowledgeable at least as far as I can tell. Mark asked if I needed an "order of conditions" or
a "license" to which my answer was, "I don't know, however the town of Yarmouth is aware the dock is there
and has no issue with it's existence." Mark then sent me an Arial shot of dock area from 1971 and thought that
might work based on the dock was in existence before the 1984 revised laws.

I did go ahead and print Application and forms. Not sure if all apply such as Site Access, Drawing
Requirements and Waiver forms. As stated previously, most of the information asked for seems to be "project
driven". In any case at this point should I send you what I have? I can email, drop off or place in mail for your
critique.
Best regards,
Bob McDonough
