Subject:RE: Yarmouth Fee with regard to Riverfront Multiplier Hello Kelly – The Datum is NAVD-1988 For this area the conversion between 0.0 NAVD-1988 and MLW was (-2.2). For elevation 3.7 on MLW datum it would be elevation 1.5 on NAVD-1988. Please let me know if this answers your question Regards Kieran From: Creighton, Matthew T. Whats the conversion for 3.7’ MLLW? Did we use the state program to determine the elevation? What elevation are you using for the spring tide? The site suggests these are salt marsh species in an area inundated by a spring tide. The last spring (king) tide was 3.7ft relative to MLLW and the next will be 3.1ft. I don’t see the datum on the plan but assume NAVD88? How does this translate? Salt Marsh is delineated by vegetation and spring tide. Anything landward of spring tide is not be definition SM so it would have to meet the standards for BVW. We would only do field data sheets for BVW. I visited this site on Friday. Can I get the wetland delineation worksheets for this property. I noted a couple of wetland species landward of the current salt marsh delineation. No structures are proposed in RFA. Does that seem agreeable to you? -Hannah 2 From: Raddatz, Hannah L. That reminds me – the NOI submitted last week for Charles St should have the multiplier included under the state fees. Hello Kelly, I have two projects with work in RFA and for some reason I can’t recall if the local bylaw fees are also affected by the RFA multiplier? Just wanted to double check with you first.
