The undersigned applicant hereby covenants And agrees with the

1. That said applicant will not apply for a building permit
° for any lots shown on the applicant's plan, bearing Yarmouth

r the Board, until a road is built according to the provisions of
the Board's current Rules d Regulations Ar; as to provided proper
access to the subdivision from any Town wily, other public way,

comply with the provisions of the Rules and RegulatiQng within

5, shat the following are agreed upon conditions or waivers

to allow a dead end street greater than 394 feet long
44.2.6 (a):
to allow a private water supply, but to require fire Pro-

includes a fire pond with a pump and hydrants. Said pump
