Please submit a Request for Approval of Updated Plan with new narrative for the project. If I receive this by Thursday at
noon I can include it on the December 17 agenda for review by the Commission. Electronic copy of the request will be
sufficient. The plan itself may not need to be updated – depending on the extent of work now proposed, though a
WLL/sediment control line should be shown on the plan as the site will be more disturbed than previously
proposed. Please provide two hard copies of any updated plan in addition to the electronic copy.

Please be advised that this office represents Bradford and Jessica Zelch, the owners of the
property at 51 Park Avenue, West Yarmouth, MA. I understand that their project was
reviewed by the Conservation Commission recently and was approved for renovations being
done to the property. After the meeting, and based on a number of factors, my clients have
decided that they will raze and replace their structure rather than renovate what is there
currently. The Commission’s approval was based on a renovation, and we want to be sure that
you are aware of this change. Please advise if you would like additional information and if an
additional hearing will be needed. Thank you for your assistance.
