If I receive this by Thursday at noon I can include it on the December 17 agenda for review by the Commission. Electronic copy of the request will be sufficient. The plan itself may not need to be updated – depending on the extent of work now proposed, though a WLL/sediment control line should be shown on the plan as the site will be more disturbed than previously proposed. Please provide two hard copies of any updated plan in addition to the electronic copy. I understand that their project was reviewed by the Conservation Commission recently and was approved for renovations being done to the property. After the meeting, and based on a number of factors, my clients have decided that they will raze and replace their structure rather than renovate what is there currently. The Commission’s approval was based on a renovation, and we want to be sure that you are aware of this change.
