Correspondence 12.10.2020 Grant, Kelly From:Grant, Kelly Sent:Thursday, December 10, 2020 3:18 PM To:'jkennedy32@gmail.com' Subject:RE: 55 Mariners Lane Attachments:55 Mariner Lane.jpg Hi James Your house is pretty close to the wetlands to the west. If you are proposing tree removal on the west of the house then I suggest filing a Request for Determination of Applicability for the work. If you are trimming the trees or working on the east side of the house then I may be able to review the work administratively. Here is a link to the filing forms http://www.yarmouth.ma.us/696/Filing-Forms Admin Review forms are near the top of the page and Request for Determination of Applicability forms are further down. I have attached an aerial which shows the property layout. You can use this to mark the location of the trees. They also need to be flagged on site to show which are proposed for removal or pruning. Hi Kelly, As owner of the stated property address, I need to trim and or remove trees which are growing over my home and posing a potential storm threat and property damage. I believe from the property map my lot boundary extends approximately 70 feet from the street and it borders a town conservation area. The concerned trees are easily within the 70 feet plot line; three are directly next to the driveway and three are approximately 10 feet from the building. I just want to check whether I need to file anything and what the process for filing and approvals involves? It’s also not clear if the conservation area is considered wetlands or not? 1 Could some call me to discuss so we may proceed as required? Thanks. James Kennedy 617 797 1465 2
