In September 2019, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for the construction of a garage, pool, and addition to the existing dwelling. A site visit was made on December 2, 2020 for the purpose of closing out the Order of Conditions. An as -built site plan is enclosed depicting existing site conditions. All structures, including the pool have been constructed in conformance with the approved plans. Trench drains were installed per the plans in the driveway and pool patio areas to infiltrate runoff from these impermeable surfaces. All downspouts on the new garage are directed into drywells; a majority of the dwelling downspouts are also directed into drywells. The remaining 4 downspouts discharge to either gravel areas or areas that are then drained by the aforementioned trench drains. The proposed pool fence was extended past the retaining wall, and now mostly follows the 50' buffer line. All other site features appear to match the design plans. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
