I’ve forwarded Notice of Intent application materials for marine related work at 6 Smiths Point Rd. West Yarmouth that
were sent earlier to Yarmouth Conservation and Mass DEP SERO. I believe the application was intended to be sent to
DMF at the same time as DEPSERO but I don’t believe it was sent. Please let me know if you wish to have the hard
copies of these materials sent via certified mail to DMF or if the email is sufficient.
This application follows one for 232 Pleasant Street So. Yarmouth which we think should have been sent out earlier.
