Hi Kelly,
I believe it is but I expect to request a stockpile inspection. Also, you or I should be on site at least once to see the
delivery / distribution.
Although I see that Davenport staff is copied on your concerns, and in response to your email I will ask them where I can
see it.

Good Morning Kelly,
Davenport Companies have settled on a sand source for the dune work at Blue Water / Edge of the Sea Cottages. At the
Oct. 22 site review, Christian Davenport indicated he would proceed with the dune building work and seek a sand
source for us to review. I’ve been provided with a sample of the source and have attached grain size analysis for the
sample and also the test results for nearby on site samples submitted with the applications. All samples are of clean
beach sand quality. The source material is from stockpiled excavation sediment resulting from the annual process of
unearthing coastal properties, driveways and roadways buried by wind and flood action during the off season.
The source material is slightly finer overall than the on-site material but the texture, color, low content of fines is
superior for beach sediment nourishment than any sand borrow pit source available.
The site stake out, general guidance and grain size and quality evaluation is the extent of my role thus far in the
commencing of the work. I believe the applicant will communicate to you any specifics concerning the actual work
schedule.
Let me know of questions on this.
Enjoy the weekend.
Bob
