STEEL Owner CIRCLE,FRANKLI Address 230 OPEL CIRCLE, FRANKLIN MA N MA 02038 Address 02038 66 GRANDVIEW DRIVE * , Locus YARMOUTH MA This project has been assigned the following file # : SE 083-2263 ISSUANCE OF A FILE NUMBER INDICATES ONLY COMPLETENESS OF SUBMITTAL, NOT APPROVAL OF APPLICATION Although a file # is being issued, please note the following: 310 CMR 10.30 (3)(a) states a coastal engineering structure or a modification thereto shall be designed and constructed so as to minimize, using best available measures, adverse effects on adjacent or nearby coastal beaches due to changes in wave action, and 310 CMR 10.30(b) the applicant demonstrates that no method of protecting the building other than the proposed coastal engineering structure is feasible. 1 The applicant should consider alternatives such as, but not limited to having the toe of the rock revetment be located at the toe of the bulkhead and grading towards the structure so as to limit the impact to coastal beach. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Chapter 91 license may be required.
