Hi Kieran
I think it would be sufficient to review this under Administrative Review. See form here and include hardcopy of the plan
for the file https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/DocumentCenter/View/8210/Administrative-Review-application?bidId=
Thanks

Hello Kelly.
We prepared a plan for Karin back in 2016 and 2017 for the main house. A OOC was issued and a COC was issue in late
2018. Karin would now do a second building on the site as depicted on the attached plan. You can see by the plan the
nearest resource area is the coastal bank. The building is at the 100’ buffer and the deck is at 90’ to the coastal bank.
The deck is 140’ to the “wet” wetlands. I have also depicted a straw wattle line to protect the resource area. As a result I
have two questions for you.
1
1.) As the wetland delineation is more than 3 years old would you require new delineation. The bank is so steep the
wetlands will not migrate any closer and as the coastal bank is based on topography that will not change at all.
2.) As we are so far from the “WET” wetlands – 140’ - and with the house at 100’ and the deck at 90’ from the
coastal bank would you even need a filing. This is not your typical site as we are so far back and up in the air.
