TOWN OF YARMOUTH
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct public hear-
ings pursuant to the Massachusetts
Wetland Act M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, the Town of Yarmouth
Wetland By-law, Chapter 143 on
Thursday, January 21, 2021, begin-
ning at 5pm for the following matters:
Please note that the Yarmouth
Conservation Commission meeting will
be held by remote participation pur-
suant to Massachusetts Governor
Law
be allowed to make comments it they
wish to do so, during the portion of the
hearing designated for ppublic com-
ment. Every effort will be made to
ensure that the public can adequately
access the proceedings in real time
via technological means. In the event
that we are unable to do so, despite
best efforts, we will post on the town's
website an audio orvideo recording,
transcript, or other comprehensive
record of proceedings as soon as pos-
