Chapter 131, Section 40, the Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-law, Chapter 143 on Thursday, January 21, 2021, begin- ning at 5pm for the following matters: Please note that the Yarmouth Conservation Commission meeting will be held by remote participation pur- suant to Massachusetts Governor Law be allowed to make comments it they wish to do so, during the portion of the hearing designated for ppublic com- ment. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means.
