RE: SE 83-1446 Certificate of Compliance — Sailing Village Way, South Yarmouth
Map 51 Parcel 81— Float Changes
To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find Form 8A for the Request for Certificate of Compliance for SE 83-
1446 and a check in the amount of $75.
The float changes were completed a short time following the overall refurbishing of the
marina. The float changes as approved consist of less float area as constructed. The
approved plan shows 4 finger floats and the 8ft. X 48ft. end float is an "L" shaped
arrangement. The constructed arrangement consists of 2 finger floats and the "L is offset
slightly and 1 ft. narrower at 7 ft. X 48 ft.
I can hereby certify that the project was installed consistently with the intent of the plan
and the Order of Conditions. Based on my observation of the site conditions the project
warrants an issuance of a Certificate of Compliance at this time.
Please contact me directly should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Cape Cod Engineering, nc.
Robert . Perm
