Ms. Grant,
At the request of the owner and davenport Companies, I am writing you to let you know that we have recently been
engaged by the owners of 222 Pleasant Street to address the outstanding conservation issues at the property,
specifically the kayak storage at the property.
The project was just opened on January 29, 2021. Our office, like most, is extremely busy and we expect to have the
th
field work and plan completed within 8 to 10 weeks of the 29. We would are planning to submit the NOI by the April
th
22, 2021 for the May 6 meeting.
Can you please let me know if you have any question or comments about our schedule? Also, can you forward to me
the paperwork that was sent to the property owner, it would be very helpful.
